By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking a dumpster, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Services
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Toro Dumpsters, LLC ("Toro," "we," "us," or "our"), including our roll-off dumpster rentals and related services in the Denver Metro area.

1.1 Toro provides roll-off dumpster rentals for residential, commercial, construction, and clean-out projects within our service area. 1.2 Service availability, dumpster sizes, pricing, and rental periods are subject to change at any time without notice. 1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
2. Quotes, Booking, and Payment
2.1 Quotes: Any price quote provided (online, by phone, or in writing) is based on the information you provide and is subject to change if the scope of service changes. 2.2 Booking: Your booking is confirmed only after we accept your request and, when required, receive payment or a deposit. 2.3 Payment: Payment terms (including deposits, due dates, and accepted payment methods) will be provided at the time of booking. You agree to pay all fees, taxes, and additional charges (such as overage, extra days, or trip fees) associated with your rental. 2.4 Late or Non-Payment: If payment is not received when due, we may charge late fees, withhold further service, or pursue any lawful collection remedies. 2.5 Cancellations: Cancellations must be made as soon as possible by phone call or text message to 720-921-5141. If you cancel after the dumpster has been dispatched, or fail to notify us by phone or message, you may be charged a cancellation fee up to the full rental amount, including any applicable delivery or trip fees.
